Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in adjusted services or rescheduling, with a fee of $100 or 100% of the service cost. Please notify us promptly if you anticipate being late. Thank you for understanding!
late arrivals
We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to manage our schedule effectively. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice may incur a $100 cancellation fee. Failure to show up or cancel without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost to the card on file.
