To ensure you enjoy the full experience, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to settle in and prepare for your service.

Arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time may result in shortened services or rescheduling, and a $100 fee or 100% of the service cost may apply.

If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.

late arrivals 

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and offer your spot to another guest.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.
Failure to show up or cancel without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service cost to the card on file.
